About Colin Bailey

Colin Bailey has resided across various areas in San Diego County, from La Jolla to North County, throughout his life. He spent the majority of his youth in La Jolla alongside his two siblings. Growing up, he was naturally exposed to real estate due to his father, Scott Bailey, who has worked in the title insurance field for the past 40 years.

Having ventured to North County for Torrey Pines High School, Colin pursued volleyball at the University of California Los Angeles. He attributes many qualities that define him as a promising realtor—consistency, hard work, and patience—to his experience in sports.

Colin initially entered the real estate industry alongside his father, focusing on title insurance. He later joined a high-end luxury team led by Ryan Mathys and Tracie Kersten in La Jolla as an agent, achieving a sales volume exceeding $80 million from 2021 to 2023.

His primary aim is to serve the areas that provided an amazing upbringing and where he currently resides. Colin acknowledges that moving can be an exciting, nerve-wracking, or challenging experience, and he strives to make the entire process seamless, easy, and joyous.

Based out of the One Paseo office location, Colin specializes in residential real estate throughout San Diego County. He caters to first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, executive relocations, and high-net-worth individuals, consistently aiming to exceed his clients’ expectations. Residing in Solana Beach, he actively engages with local youth volleyball organizations as a coach and strongly believes in the sport's positive impact on young lives.
