About Wendi Soria

Wendi Soria has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years.  Wendi started her career in real estate as a salesperson, selling with her father who was a broker. After moving to San Diego, she quickly moved into the mortgage industry, and for the past 25 years has been a Transaction Coordinator.  Wendi worked as both an In-house as well as an Independent Transaction Coordinator.  She served as past Co-President of the San Diego Association of Transaction Coordinators.  Over the years she has assisted in the development of transaction management programs and has been a consultant for new and experienced Transaction Coordinators. Wendi has been teaching and training Transaction Coordinators for the past 15 plus years. In 2006 she sold her Fundamentals of Transaction Coordination class to the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.  Wendi has helped develop the Certified Transaction Coordinator Certificate CAR and has developed 4 classes that she teaches for CAR. Wendi advocates Education for all Agents, Assistants, and Transaction Coordinators. 

In her spare time you can find Wendi cooking for her friends, tasting wine or in a yoga class.  Wendi has resided in San Diego County for the past 30 years
